Summary

Private by design. This tool runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter or add is uploaded to any server.

How it works

  1. Click the upload area or drag two or more PDF files onto it — each file is read locally by your browser.
  2. Drag the files, or use the arrow buttons, to put them in the order you want them in the final document.
  3. Choose a name for the output file and press Merge PDFs — the combined PDF downloads straight to your device.

Examples

  • Combine a signed contract, its appendix and a cover page into one PDF to email.
  • Join twelve monthly invoice PDFs into a single file for your accountant.
  • Merge scanned pages from different scanning sessions into one document before archiving.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?

No. The merge runs entirely in your browser using a local PDF library, so your files never leave your device and nothing is stored or logged.

Is there a limit on file size or number of PDFs?

Nothing is uploaded, so there is no server limit. The practical limit is your device's memory — very large files may be slow on phones. You can add up to 50 files at once.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Encrypted or password-protected PDFs can't be merged directly. Remove the password in your PDF viewer first, then add the file again.

Will merging change the quality or layout of my pages?

No. Pages are copied as they are from each source file, so text, images, fonts and layout are preserved. Interactive form fields and bookmarks from the originals may not carry over.
