Overview
Private by design. This tool runs entirely in your browser β nothing you enter or add is uploaded to any server.
How it works
- The value is parsed with the browser URL constructor, so it must include a scheme.
- Path, host, port and hash are read from the parsed object.
- Each query parameter is decoded and listed; repeated keys stay as separate rows.
Examples
- https://example.com/docs?q=tool+nova shows q as tool nova.
- A hash such as #install is reported separately from the path.
- http://localhost:3000/api has host localhost and port 3000.
Frequently asked questions
Why was my link rejected?
Relative paths and missing schemes are not absolute URLs. Add https:// or http:// and try again.
Does this fetch the page?
No. It only parses the string locally and does not open the link.
